How to configure internet on phone (ALL NETWORKS)

SMS to 932

You can configure Internet settings on your mobile by downloading your profile by SMS to 932. Type orange (no space, upper or lower case) and send your SMS to 932.

You will then receive a message to validate on your mobile. Type 0000, if a code is requested

Configure Orange Internet using the web

A web access is made available to help downloading Internet settings on your mobile by providing your Orange mobile number. After your Orange mobile number has been submitted, you will receive a message to validate on your mobile. Type 0000, if a code is requested.

I sent « orange » to 932, I was debited 50f but I never had the configuration. How can I now configure my phone?

Dial 950, a customer service representative will help you to configure your phone or get to an Orange agency for a free configuration.

I subscribed to orangeworld/FB for one week yesterday, I still had 500f in my account but this morning my credit has disappeared why?

2 hypotheses:

  • You may have accessed other websites without subscribing to internet bundle; in that case your main account credit will be debited. Orangeworld/fb gives you access only to Facebook and to the Orange mobile platform m.orange.cm. But to browse on other websites, you need to subscribe to an internet mobile bundle via #145*2#.
  • You may have forgotten to deactivate your mobile data. In fact, once you stop browsing, always take your time to deactivate the mobile data to avoid such a situation where your credit disappears.

Flybox

What are the conditions necessary to acquire a flybox ?

You must have good network coverage (GSM) orange, traditional telephones or DECT type and a power supply. The place of use of your Flybox must be part of the 3G + coverage areas, you can check it by calling our customer service at 950, have a 3G SIM, subscribe to a Flybox 3G pass and if you wish to make calls Sim from your Flybox, with a compatible phone (opt for an offer Flybox offered with compatible phone).

Is it possible to connect the fixed phone I have at home to flybox to avoid having to buy another handset?

Can I use the phone that comes with flybox to call all networks and even internationally?

The unlimited calling bonus you receive is only for orange numbers and is incompatible for international calls. However, if you have credit in your main account Flybox SIM, you can always emit your calls to all destinations according to the Plenty tariff.

Does the acquisition of flybox require installation? If so, what are the total installation costs?

The flybox requires no installation; you have conversely the instruction booklet which is inside the box.
